MATTHEW PALUMBO

Matthew Palumbo is a real estate broker licensed in eleven states. He is experienced in industrial, multifamily, and retail assets, and is involved in land acquisitions for major developers in the Southern California market, including both industrial and multifamily development. Matthew comes from a real estate family out of New Jersey. His father, Tom Palumbo, has been in real estate for 40 years, and is a commercial broker and investor based out of New Jersey/New York, servicing numerous states on the East Coast and specializing in industrial, self-storage, and land acquisition, entitlement, and development. Matthew’s mother worked in residential real estate for over 35 years in New Jersey. After attending Rutgers University in New Jersey, he went on to further his education in sales. At this time he also studied acting and filmmaking in one of New York City’s most prestigious studios. With this, he brought his creativity to Real Estate in New York City in 2018.

Aaron has an Associate of Science Degree in Architectural Design using AutoCAD information technology. Prior to pursuing his real estate career, he did Civil Engineering and Geology for a total of 12 years working with companies for example Michael Baker International, and Geoscience Support Services Inc. His responsibilities were plan and profile alignments, pump station as-builts, and all the technical specifications for the historic Monterey Desalination Slant Well Project which Aaron also played a significant role in.

Aaron likes to spend time with family and friends. His faith in God, Dodger baseball, chess, poker, reading books, and running. He has enjoyed serving at Cottonwood Church in Los Alamitos since 2012 where he watches over the toddlers while the parents are in service.
